John Templeton – President & Founder John began working in peripheral sales and leasing in 1979. After working for a peripheral manufacturer for 15 years he decided to branch out on his own and founded Millennium Technologies in 1995. He recognized a growing interest in the new wireless handheld text based computers with narrow band radios and focused the new company on that emerging technology. Today, wireless data collection is still the main focus supplemented by bar code printing and RFID technologies. Millennium is proud to represent “best of breed” products from Psion Teklogix, Motorola/Symbol, Intermec, LXE, Printronix, Alien, Cisco, and others. John is very proud of the fact that the company has grown to a staff of 10 employees and no one has ever left. Millennium provides excellent products and service at a fair price. The customers are all very loyal and long term; they understand the value that Millennium brings to the table. Some customers even pre-date the company and have been doing business with John and Lisa for nearly 30 years. John has a terrific wife Cynthia, a son Darren who is working on his MBA at Rutgers University and a daughter Arianne who is working toward a DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) at Ithaca College. His hobbies are racquetball, tennis, scuba diving, and skiing. Thanks for visiting the website. Millennium looks forward to serving you. |
